Blue Flags & Railyard Safety Signs

Northern Platforms supplies a different options for blue flags which are mandatory for both dangerous and non-dangerous loading/unloading & transloading operations. Blue flags are displayed to warn approaching railway vehicle operators when railcars are being loaded and unloaded. Blue flags are also used to indicate that workers are in the vicinity of the rail equipment.

Facility stauff working on or around railway equipment are resonsible for setting up the blue flag. The same work group who set up the blue flag must also remove it.
